All orders are despatched on the same day or next day unless otherwise advised. Our system will confirm despatch via email along with the courier company used and a tracking code.

Once orders leave us, if you have a delivery issue, please reach out to the dedicated help centres of the courier company first. They are best placed to advise you and make any rearrangements etc with you directly if necessary.
