Lifetime Warranty
We guarantee each and every Genie Stove to be free of manufacturing defects starting from the initial date of purchase. We will repair or replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine Genie Stove sold by us that is deemed defective.  Genie Stove’s guarantee covers all costs related to restoring the proven defective product so that it conforms to its original specifications, through the repair or replacement of any defective part and the necessary labour. 

Conditions and Exclusions

This guarantee is valid only on presentation of a proof of purchase, such as PDF receipt or via a client area login record on our website. The  guarantee does not include or cover product deterioration through normal wear and tear or due to misuse.  If your Genie Stove was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyse the
damage and may be able to suggest options for you to remedy. If your Genie Stove is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one- time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new like for like Genie Stove for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website at that time.

Consumer Statutory Warranty Rights

This guarantee is an additional/extra benefit to the consumer which is independent of and does not affect the consumer's statutory warranty rights or other statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited. The consumer may assert any statutory rights at the consumer’s sole discretion. For guarantee claims, in the first instance, please contact us. This warranty applies up to a maximum of 10 years* (*expected reasonable lifetime of the product under normal use).
