As a family business we understand how good you feel when you are delighted with a purchase and service you have received. Equally we know that the opposite is not so pleasant and so this is where we want to reassure you how seriously we take good customer service and customer satisfaction in our own business. We know how important it is for us to deliver a great experience online, during your purchase, while you wait for delivery and in the aftercare you receive with our products.
So we have committed to the following customer service charter so that you know what you can expect from us as a valued customer.
We will respond to any email / support request / form / LiveChat or telephone call from you within at least 24 hours.
All orders received are packaged and despatched within 24 hours of receipt. (not including weekends).
You will receive an email confirmation at the time of ordering and also as soon as your package is despatched with i) confirmation of despatch, ii) courier company used and iii) tracking details.
All goods are despatched within 24 hours, insured and tracked with 24-48 hour delivery. (This time frame is dependent on location ie, European customers may find this time period is a little longer). We are also not in control of any issues that may arise with the delivery process, but we will assist where possible in liaising with the courier company should any delays arise.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the service and products provided, we will put you in touch with a manager immediately who will endeavour to resolve your issue speedily and to your total satisfaction.
Any refunds/credits will be processed within 2 working days. (We cannot control how long a bank may take to notify of the refund, but we will confirm our administration of your refund within this 2 working day period).
FREE Shipping
We offer free standard shipping and returns on all orders over £50 in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Northern Ireland. Under £50 will incur a £5 postage fee.
Outside these countries will incur a shipping fee which is detailed in the shopping cart dependent on the country you are shipping to.Despatch is same day or next day (business) with tracked and signed for delivery usually within 2-5 days.Please note that this does not include weekends, or holidays.
*disclaimer: DHL’s customers (like ourselves) can currently only select ‘next day delivery’ on their automated e-commerce platform. They however only operate on 48 hour delivery. This currently leads to misleading information on their tracking page, where most orders will show ‘delayed’. If you see this do not be alarmed, it is currently ‘normal’ and is their systems reconciling internally. Your order will be delivered within 3-5 days in 99% of situations. At the time of writing this (5th May 2022) They (DHL) are aware of the issue and expect a ‘fix’ from their IT dept in ‘a few weeks’.

Return your order to us unopened and unused within 14 days of when the order was shipped, and we will process a refund back to the original payment method.In the highly unlikely event that there should there be a fault with the product, we will pay the return shipping fees and replace the product free of charge. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns where the customer has changed their mind or where there is no product defect.
Absolutely brilliant. Best purchase decision. This is so much more convenient than a traditional BBQ. Its more mobile, burns do much more efficiently and then there is the fire pit element that really sets it apart.
It really works well, after a small amount of start-up smoke (slightly damp wood), once it got hot it was awesome, we sat around it for hours at the weekend. Plus not a mark on the grass. And the price! And made in UK. I'd definitely recommend one.
After my Friend got one the Genie Stoves I wanted one lol . He messaged me as the was a sale on so I was straight on the site. Ordered easily great communication with the delivery (free delivery which is great due to the weight of the stove)
Has a wait a week until I could actually set it up (very easy) and use it. you won't be disappointed, easy to light and get hot very quickly, then actual heat is more that I remember from my mates, fully stocked up it burnt away for avoer 2 hours with no smoke or ash, absolutely brilliant buy, I cant recommend it enough, brillant peice of kit, easy clean a out away in a really strong bag
This stove really impressed me with the heat output and ease in which I got the fire going.
While it heats up there is a little bit of smoke but after that it does really seem to become relatively smokeless, or any small amount of smoke is pushed up and away from your face, no more shouting "White Rabbit" while getting a face full of smoke! :)
We purchased the larger pit which was reduced due to it being a "Slight seconds with minor cosmetic damage", but I really couldn't see any cosmetic damage and the whole thing is well finished with no sharp edges and neat welding.
If you're thinking of getting one of these I'd say go for it; it looks really nice, kicks out plenty of heat without the face full of smoke, and will last forever if you look after it. A great purchase!
Hello All
I bought the Genie as a present for my daughter and her partner.They live in a rural location and my hope is that they can enjoy it Winter and Summer.
It will not be given to them until October so hopefully I will get back to you then and give you some feedback.
Was looking for another well known brand but happened upon Genie and so glad I did. Far superior package all round and great price and delivery. Would highly recommended!

I have just purchased this for my husband's birthday and he was thrilled with it.
As it is March and the weather isn't suitable, we haven't had chance to light the stove yet.
However, it appears to be very well made, having a feeling of quality and is quite substantial. It's great to see a product made in Ireland.
The design is very clever, with the ash pan being easily accessible (unlike others I was looking at)
We are looking forward to using it when the weather improves!
I have not used it yet, but it's well made from what I can see. Plus a nice touch was the pack of marshmallows in the box. Well done guys so looking forward to my first burn!!
I received my Genie Stove Deluxe promptly after the order was placed. Well packed and looks good. Yet to fire 🔥 it up, and now I have to wait for the pizza oven accessories and the top grill. Hopefully they will be delivered prior to the anticipated scheduled date. And I’m only giving it 4 ⭐️ because I haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet…..

Fantastic !, unbelievable heat and as it says...no smoke !. Really well fabricated, have already pre ordered the pizza oven. So easy to clean as minimal ash produced is swept through the holes and collected in the base. Nothing to dislike.
The TIG welding is tiny and nicely finished - see photos. It arrived double boxed in only five days, which is excellent because I live on Scotland's north coast. I was initially dubious about buying this product because all the reviews are so glowing and posted on their own website or on CusRev. But I found some reviews on Etsy which reassured me that the five-star reviews are genuine. It was raining yesterday so I haven't lit it yet. The laser-cut branding is rather classy!
A superb stove that I purchased for my Forest School to introduce the children to fire. The virtually smokeless performance means that the children can be seated all around the stove without the chance of at least a quarter of the group being 'smoked out'. Our pupils range in age from 2.5 to 5 years, so it is vital that their first experiences are positive ones, so as to ignite (pardon the pun!) the passion in them for the outdoor environment. I hope to purchase the grill and pizza oven in the future to further enhance our Forest School activities.
Only just unpacked, so not used yet . However, still wanted to praise the delivery ( kept up to date with time slot of delivery), well packaged, very well fabricated product and really nice touch with the pack of marshmallows found inside!, looking forward to firing up!
A brilliant stove, and great to cook on once the flames have died down after an hour or so. Also, the metal inside glows when hot producing a cool effect with the name!
